Readers of all ages will explore all things aquatic this summer as the Schulenburg Public Library presents "Oceans of Possibilities" during its summer library program. Activities will include a Magic Show, Live Animals, Music and More. The purpose of this program is to encourage the youth of our community to check out books from the Schulenburg Public Library. The 2022 Summer Reading Program is for the following Age groups:
Read-To-Me (infant to 4 year olds), a parent or guardian is required to read 15 books to them.
Age 5-9, the child is required to read 15 books.
Age 10-12, the child is required to read 10 chapter books.
Families are invited to join the 2022 Texas Reading Program! By doing so, you will help your child retain hard-earned reading skills acquired during the school year. Come sign your child up for the Reading Program. The Reading Program begins on June 1 and will end on July 22, 2022. The Schulenburg Public Library has much more to offer. Come and see. Check the library website for a schedule of planned events. Joining the library is free, and ALL PROGRAMS ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
