Schulenburg Public Library

The Library is Closed.

We value our relationship with our community and are committed to keeping you informed of any changes within our organization that may have impacts on normal business activity. At this time, we will close the lobby of the public library as of Tuesday, March 17, 2020. We WILL be available to you by phone and our online tools through our website. Any updates will be made available, as soon as we are notified. The health and safety of our employees, their families, our customers and our community is important to us. The City of Schulenburg will continue to monitor and respond to direction from our County Officials and Emergency Management Coordinator, Craig Moreau, as well as the (CDC) Centers for Disease Control Prevention , World Health Organization (WHO), state and local health authorities and will inform our employees and adjust as directed. Do not fear if you are unable to return library materials that are currently checked out and have a due date during the time we are closed. We will be waiving overdue fines only for materials due while we are closed. Call to renew your books or renew on line. In the meantime, continue to follow all the precautionary tips and tools provided to you. https://www.co.fayette.tx.us/
